Chartwell is delighted to host Meadow of Memories outside the house this May. Created by local charity Hospice in the Weald, this beautiful installation features hundreds of handcrafted steel daisies, each dedicated in memory of someone special. Together, these tributes form a serene space to pause, reflect, and appreciate the compassionate work the Hospice provides for families across our community.
This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue.
