The 2026 trail will introduce brand-new installations featuring even more amazing animals, bringing fresh stories and visual spectacles to the experience. Guests can also look forward to a brand-new zone, extending the journey further, a reimagined Elf Disco and a truly exhilarating grand finale, designed to leave visitors with a lasting sense of wonder.
This year, guests can combine spectacular illuminated wildlife sculptures, enchanting festive experiences and luxury overnight stays that transform an evening visit into an unforgettable Christmas escape.
Making its debut this Christmas is Elfwood, a magical festive transformation of Port Lympne’s popular Pinewood glamping village. Hidden amongst the towering pine trees, mischievous hologram elves have sprinkled festive magic throughout the woodland, creating an enchanting Christmas village complete with twinkling festoon lighting, Christmas trees, marshmallow toasting around the firepit, festive films in the Christmas Clubhouse, an elf hunt and plenty of seasonal surprises.

The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, The Howletts Wild Animal Trust, Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve and their immediate families, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- There is [one] prize available, consisting of a family ticket to Port Lympne Illuminated at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, Aldington Road, Lympne, Kent, CT21 4PD. A family ticket grants access to Port Lympne Illuminated for two adults and two children aged 3-15 years.
- The prize provides admission to Port Lympne Illuminated only. Travel, accommodation, food and drink, additional activities and any other expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
- Tickets and visit dates are subject to availability. The winner must book their visit in advance using the instructions supplied. Availability for any particular date, time or session cannot be guaranteed.
- The prize must be booked and redeemed during Port Lympne Illuminated 2026 and no later than the event’s final session on 2nd January 2027 The tickets will expire after this date and cannot be extended, exchanged or carried forward.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash alternative. It may not be resold, advertised for sale or used for commercial purposes. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any ticket that it reasonably believes has been transferred or resold in breach of these terms.
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- If Port Lympne Illuminated is cancelled, curtailed or materially affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an appropriate alternative.
