CAMP GLIDE THIS OCTOBER HALF TERM HOLIDAYS
Join us this October, BOOK NOW!

Booking is NOW LIVE for October Half Term 2021. We’ve got a fantastic line up of activities prepared to make this the greatest holiday ever! This Half Term will be our great SPOOKTACULAR. With lots of fun and friendly seasonal activities.It’s great news that the COVID situation is improving. We will be following the latest government guidance which we recognise may change before Half Term. We will do our best to react to and communicate any changes to our provision.

At Camp Glide we will be offering our more flexible service. We will be offering our breakfast club, regular days and half days.

We are super excited to announce that we will be running from THREE venues this Half Term!

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
Book and pay before by 15th September

Benefit from our Early Bird Discount by placing and paying for your Holiday booking by 15th September 2021. Our Early Bird Discount is already applied. Early Bird Discount cannot be used with any other discount.

NEXT HALF TERM-TIME BOOKING
Going live on 13th October at Midday

Sessions for November and December at our before and after school clubs will go live on our website on 13th October at approximately midday.

Some information about our control measures

We are extremely excited to be re-opening at Camp Glide. We are committed to keeping everyone as safe as possible. We have implemented extra measures in order for this to happen..

Please see our COVID policy for more details. Here are some key details:

We will be using appropriate space and good ventilation at Camp Glide
Additional infection control measures
Rigorous cleaning at our settings
Extra hand washing
Education on respiratory hygiene
Engagement with test, track and trace
Staff engagement with regular testing programmes

BOOKING AND SELF-ISOLATION
Please choose from our flexibility options carefully

We appreciate the concerns of uncertainty, especially in regards to isolation. Camp Glide offers an option giving you 24hrs notice to cancel (and receive a refund) or amend your booking. Please choose carefully when making your booking and make the right choice for you. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund, credit or amend a booking unless the correct notice period is given. This includes if a child or parent is self-isolating for any reason.We have different flexibility options if your plans are uncertain. There is more about our terms and conditions on our website.

WRAY COMMON HOLIDAY CLUB
Reigte/Redhill – October 25th to 29th – School aged children (4yrs* to 12yrs old)

Join us at our Wray Common Holiday club this Holiday. We’ve got an action packed line up including CRAZY science experiments, Halloween Parties and Dress Up! Swimming will be an option everyday. *4 year olds must already be attending reception. (i.e. new reception starters can join Camp Glide at this venue for the first time in October Half Term).

We have a few different PODs this Holiday. Please consult with your child and pick the right POD for you.

Children will be all together for the extended parts of our day before moving into their POD ready for 9am. Children will do clinics and free play activities, swimming and lunch in their POD. All Camp Activities will mean that children from different PODs will have the opportunity to spend time with one another.Pod: Traditional Camp – Free Focus (All age groups)
A programme suited to children that like to have more choice in what they do. This pod offers lots of free play, child-led games and activities; there will still be some structure. We find that, generally, our younger campers tend to prefer this less-structured day, although the activities will be appropriate and fun for all ages.

Pod: Traditional Camp – Action Stations (All age groups)
A programme for children that enjoy camp’s structured activities. Campers will enjoy a day full of activities with rules and instruction, although there will still be some down time and free play to enjoy. This pod is best suited for children who get excited about structured games and activities (and don’t get too fed up with lots of instruction).

Pod: Sports Stars (All age groups)
A full day of energetic and exciting sports activities. There will be loads on offer including: rounders, cricket, netball, football as well as active games and more!

Pod: Soccer School (All age groups)
A full fun day of football skills, drills and games! Please remember to bring appropriate footwear and shin pads to participate fully.

CHIPSTEAD VALLEY HOLIDAY CLUB
Coulsdon – October 25th to 29th – School aged children (4yrs* to 12yrs old)

WESTVALE PARK HOLIDAY CLUB
Horley – July 26th to August 27th – Nursery and School aged children (2yrs to 12yrs old)

Join us at our NEW Westvale Park club this summer. We’ve got an action packed line up including CRAZY science experiments, Halloween Parties and Dress Up!

Please book your child into the correct POD based on your child’s age.

We have a few different PODs this October half term.Pod No1: Camp Glide MINIs! Nursery aged children

This pod is for Nursery aged children (2, 3 and 4 years old) This includes children about to start reception in September 2022.

We have a fantastic early years team ready to provide care for your child. Please note that food and other consumables are not included in the price of our session.

We hope to be accepting free early years entitlement soon.

Pod 2: Camp Glide: Traditional Camp (Children in current reception upwards to year 6)

Take part in our traditional camp programme. We will have a mixture of structured and free play activities including: games, sports, arts and crafts, drama our bouncy castle and more!
