The Collective have just launched a new fantastic range of split pot kids’ yoghurts, called Mixers. We were lucky enough to receive two samples to test (well my five year old was lucky enough to taste test them! we didn’t get a look in). With two current flavours ‘Crunchin’ Strawb’ and ‘Poppin’ Choc’ they’re both fun, reduced fat and a healthier alternative option for dessert or a snack.
The product description is as follows:
‘The new Mixers yoghurts contain 30% less sugar than other split pot yoghurts in the market, and are made with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, making them the perfect snack for after school snacking or between meals. Each pot contains irresistibly smooth, creamy yoghurt, with an exciting separate serving of tasty, crunchy treats, ready for li’l ones to tip ‘n’ mix!’
While this is reassuring for parents, the real proof of the pudding is undoubtedly in the eating….
They have just launched into all major supermarkets and are intended to be a healthier snacking option for parents that is so tasty kids will love it!
The packaging is fun and attractive and the combination of crunchy and popping ingredients that kids can add themselves to a delicious yoghurt is always a fun aspect. We thought they were great! Although as mentioned above, we didn’t actually get to try them because our youngest got pretty possessive over them…
