Tested thoroughly by one of the Family Grapevine Games Testers (Jack aged 12) we’ve included his expert independent review below:
‘House of golf 2 is a great game for people that want to relax and have fun in a competitive game of crazy golf on unique courses. Each course has unique elements which make every game new and exciting to play. The controls are very simple and easy to use and are all presented in a tutorial on the first course.
After a part of the course is completed a scoring table is shown with your number of shots on that part of the course. As shown below on this track there were 9 parts of the course and the par for each hole is shown below the hole number. Below the par number it shows your number of shots which in my case was 6, which is one above the par. This meant my points were halved. On the previous I got the par which meant I kept my points as they were.
If you get a number lower than the par your points can be increased by x2 or more depending on how low the number is. At the very bottom of the scoring table, it shows the number of shots needed for each trophy. To get gold on this track you need to get less than 32 shots, silver is between 32 and 35 and bronze is between 35 and 38. If you got any more than 38 shots you would not receive the trophy, but you are able to play the course again. You can play each course an infinite number of times and you can do multiplayer too which means you would be able to get gold with your friends and family.
As shown above if you get a score lower than the par you can get your points multiplied. In this the part of the course was completed in 2 shots so my score was multiplied by 8 and I had 3 less shots than the par. House of golf 2 has very well-designed courses and surroundings which can make parts of the course more challenging but still incredibly fun.
Overall, House of golf 2 is a great game to play with your family or friends and have a fun and competitive game with unique courses and new challenges with every new course.’
