We run classes for all ages and abilities, all the way from babies to adults.
Our group classes have a maximum of 6 in a class and, where needed, the teacher is in the water to support the swimmers.
We balance the lesson perfectly with stroke and skill work, confidence building and water safety. Our more advanced swimmers also learn starts and turns, personal survival, diving and elements of water polo.
We offer private lessons, ideal for nervous swimmers, swimmers with additional needs, or swimmers who need to work on particular skills or strokes.
We currently run lessons at: Robin’s Garth (Small Dole), St Lawrence School (Hurstpierpoint), Woodlands Meed School and Woodlands Meed College (Burgess Hill), Chailey Heritage School (North Chailey) and Great Walstead School (Lindfield).
