We follow a safer recruitment process for all staff where we consider qualifications, experience and commitment. We are committed to continually developing our team, with all our practitioners having access to a wide range of training programmes throughout the year enabling them to build their skills and knowledge and stay relevant within the sector. Safety is our number one priority – all our practitioners undergo a Paediatric First Aid qualification throughout their time with us, renewed every three years.
