Tucked into the South Downs near Rodmell, South Farm is a working dairy and arable farm that opens its gates every summer for one of East Sussex’s most distinctive family days out – a seven-acre maize maze with a game card to match.
Hidden inside the maze are a series of challenge boards for families to find as they explore. It’s not just about reaching the exit – it’s about what you discover along the way. And once you’ve found your bearings, head up to the farm’s natural vantage point for some of the best views in the South Downs.
Entry is £9 per person (under 3s free), with a family ticket (4 people) available for £34. A portion of profits goes to the East Sussex Farmers’ Benevolent Fund. Light refreshments are available on site.
