Take on the whole hour yourself or sign up with a team and split the hour up!
You can either swim for a whole hour yourself or split the hour up with others. If you’re doing it as a team, you can split the time up equally or you can swap over whenever you want within the hour, it’s completely up to you.
It doesn’t matter what speed you do or what distance you cover, we just want you to get involved. If you raise £100, this could fund a 6-week sea swimming course for a teenager with long-term health conditions.
