Story Moves – Creative Dance for Little Ones
Story Moves is a fun and engaging creative dance class for children aged 18 months to 5 years, designed to spark imagination, movement, and joyful storytelling. Each session blends dance, music, and popular children’s books, allowing little ones to explore movement in a playful and expressive way.
Through dance and storytelling, children build coordination, confidence, social skills, and self-expression—all while having tons of fun! This is also a special opportunity for parents and carers to bond with their little ones in a warm and welcoming space.
Classes run term time. 45 minute session:
Mondays 9.30 and 10.20 AM at Patcham Community Centre, Brighton (free parking)
Fridays at 10:15 AM at One Garden, Brighton

What to Expect
Each session begins with free play, followed by a cheerful hello to Roger Bear. Children and their grown-ups then explore movement together, taking inspiration from the day’s story. Using props, music, and plenty of giggles, little ones are guided through an imaginative adventure, moving, dancing, and expressing themselves in new ways.
Every class ends with a magical moment, as we cuddle under the ‘magic cloud’ and sing our goodbye song—leaving little ones feeling happy, connected, and inspired
