Yoganory combines yoga with storytelling and drama. Using traditional yoga postures children breathe life into stories and themes. Using their bodies they make the storys’ characters and objects come alive, empowering a child’s imagination.

Yoganory classes are non-competitive and designed to involve all the children. They encourage body awareness, relaxation and breathing techniques. The younger children are led on exciting, interactive adventure stories with songs and yoga games. Classes for the older children are theme related allowing the children to use their own creativity, as well as building team work skills whist using fun, partner postures.

Yoga is a great complement to all sports. Classes strengthen and stretch the body, (inside and out!) with twists, balances, forward bends and back arches. Furthermore Yoganory classes help to calm the mind with relaxation and breathing techniques, which improve concentration, playfully building confidence and promoting better sleep patterns.
