Adm \u00a37, chd free. Home-made teas.<\/p>\n<p>14 year old walled kitchen garden with many espaliered fruit trees. Herb beds, vegetable beds, flower borders and cutting beds. Central greenhouse and potting shed with interesting support buildings behind the wall including extensive compost area close to beehives. Sustainability through permaculture principles. Plants for sale in courtyard at the front of house, with teas available on the adjacent lawn. The open lawns around the walled garden and house are ideal for picnics, and woodland footpaths surround the house and lake. Wheelchair access via ramp over 10cm step onto garden paths.<\/p>\n<p>Occasionally garden openings are cancelled please always check on the NGS <a href=\"https:\/\/ngs.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website<\/a> before visiting a garden.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the generosity of garden owners, volunteers and visitors The National Garden Scheme have donated over \u00a377.8 million to nursing and health charities and in 2025 made an annual donation of over \u00a33.8 million.
