Cinderella<\/strong><\/p>\n 9th – 31st December 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n For the very first time, pantomime is coming to Trinity – Oh, yes it is! Glittered with stars from London\u2019s West End, Trinity\u2019s Cinderella<\/em><\/strong> will be the classic rags-to-riches tale we all know and love, packed with songs and laughter to entertain the whole family in true pantomime fashion.<\/p>\n Natasha Hoeberigs<\/strong> leads the company of theatre stars as Cinderella<\/strong> in this sparkling production. Natasha trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and her power-house vocals have been heard on stages globally, including as a semi-finalist on Australia\u2019s Got Talent. <\/em><\/p>\n What is panto without a little magic? Starring as Cinderella\u2019s Fairy Godmother<\/strong> is West End sensation, Jenna Boyd<\/strong>. Jenna has appeared in many of London\u2019s top musicals including Les Mis\u00e9rables<\/em>, The Wind in the Willows<\/em>, and most recently the smash-hit, Come From Away<\/em>. As well as her appearances on stage Jenna also appears alongside Anne Hathaway in the movie musical adaptation of Les Mis\u00e9rables<\/em>, <\/em>directed by Tom Hooper.<\/p>\n Every princess needs her prince, and joining the company this year will be Tom Blackmore<\/strong> as Prince Charming<\/strong>. Tom has been gracing the stage up and down the country in many productions ranging from musicals to plays. He has recently been touring with the famous vocal groups, The Barricade Boys <\/em>& The Knights of Music <\/em>and he is no stranger to pantomime, having appeared in productions throughout the UK.<\/p>\n Playing Dandini<\/strong>, the Prince\u2019s sidekick is the loveable Ronnie Lee<\/strong>. Ronnie graduated from Laine Theatre Arts in 2018 and since then has performed in the West End and around the United Kingdom. Following his performance in the pantomime, Sleeping Beauty<\/em> at the Capitol Horsham, Ronnie joined the West End cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child<\/em> where he graced The Palace stage for several years. He has since been touring the UK in the National Theatre\u2019s production of Ocean At The End Of The Lane. <\/em><\/p>\n Providing lots of laughs this year will be pantomime favourite, James Fletcher<\/strong> as Buttons<\/strong>. James trained at LAMDA before landing the role of series regular, Dylan Jenkins in Hollyoaks. <\/em>Since then, he has appeared in Downton Abbey<\/em> (ITV) and Giri\/Haji<\/em> for the BBC and Netflix. James has starred in many pantomimes throughout his career so far including the titles Jack and the Beanstalk<\/em>, Sleeping Beauty<\/em>, and Peter Pan<\/em>.<\/p>\n As the Wicked Stepsisters<\/strong>, we are joined by theatre stars Ben Sell<\/strong> as Barbara Hardup<\/strong> (Flashdance<\/em>, Kinky Boots<\/em>, Queenz<\/em>) and Thomas Hewitt <\/strong>as Synthia Hardup<\/strong> (Willy Wonka<\/em>, The Wizard of Oz<\/em>, Pigs Might Fly<\/em>) who will be giving us plenty to \u2018boo\u2019 at.<\/p>\n Chief Executive for Trinity, and producer of Cinderella, <\/em>Nick Mowat said: \u201cI\u2019m thrilled to be bringing pantomime to Trinity this Christmas and I am delighted to be surrounded by a sensational cast and creative team – we are in for a wonderful treat in Tunbridge Wells this Christmas.\u201d<\/p>\n Directing<\/strong> Cinderella<\/em> will be West End actor and pantomime veteran, Hywel Dowsell<\/strong> (The Phantom of the Opera<\/em>, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat<\/em>, The Hound of the Baskervilles<\/em>) who says: \u201cExpect lots of music, magic and laughter and audience participation from this year\u2019s production. Cinderella<\/em> is the perfect way to have fun with all the family this Christmas.\u201d<\/p>\n
