Or maybe a young person who just fancies hanging out with friends and enjoying some live music?<\/p><p>House in the Basement Youth Caf\u00e9 in Sevenoaks is hosting a FREE Open Mic Night for 11\u201317 year olds!<\/p><p>Whether they want to grab the mic, play an instrument, show off a talent, cheer on their friends or simply come along and enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is welcome \u2013 whatever their experience or ability.<\/p><p>Even better, there\u2019s no need to book and it\u2019s completely FREE. Just turn up \u2013 and bring your friends along too!<\/p><p>Friday 25 September<br \/>5.30pm\u20137.30pm<br \/>House in the Basement Youth Caf\u00e9, Under the Stag Community Arts Center, London Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1ZZ<br \/>FREE \u2013 no booking needed<\/p><p>Never heard of House in the Basement?<\/p><p>If you\u2019re a parent or guardian of an 11\u201317 year old, you might be surprised to discover there\u2019s a free, drop-in youth caf\u00e9 right in the centre of Sevenoaks!<\/p><p>Based underneath the Stag Theatre, House in the Basement (HiTB) is a welcoming space where young people can meet up with friends, relax and get involved in activities including pool, darts, video games, board games, music and more. There\u2019s no sign-up needed, so young people can simply drop in when the caf\u00e9 is open.<\/p><p>Regular term-time opening hours are:<br \/>Tuesday: 5pm\u20138pm (SEN Club)<br \/>Wednesday: 4pm\u20138pm<br \/>Friday: 4pm\u20138pm<br \/>Saturday: 2pm\u20138pm<\/p><p>During the school holidays, Wednesday and Friday sessions start earlier at 2pm. Opening times can be subject to change, so it\u2019s worth checking House in the Basement\u2019s website\/social media for the latest information.<\/p><p>If your young person has never been before, Open Mic Night is the perfect excuse to come along, bring some friends and discover what House in the Basement is all about.<\/p><p>No auditions.
