Hi, we are Zsolt & Ana and we are based in South West London. We have been brought together by the passion of providing high quality first aid training and giving the people the confidence and skills to help in an emergency.

Our passion for teaching started in 2015, with delivering lifeguard courses for Royal Life Saving Society. Soon after that, we realised that there is more to first aid teaching and this motivated us to upgrade our skills, becoming qualified to teach a much wider range of first aid courses.

We have been working together to create Practical First Aid from the desire to create a safe and confidence boosting environment for people to learn first aid. Throughout our journey to get here, we have had the opportunity to work with amazing mentors, who passed on their knowledge, their passion and their inspiring teaching way. This has motivated us to want to encourage and empower others, to give people the confidence and courage to be able to take control in emergency situations.
