Shropshire Fostering – Make a Difference Where It Matters Most
Shropshire Fostering is the local fostering service run by Shropshire Council. We provide safe, stable and loving homes for children and young people who cannot live with their birth families. Our mission is simple: to keep Shropshire children in Shropshire, close to their schools, friends and communities.
We welcome foster carers from all walks of life. You don’t need to be married, own your home or have parenting experience – just the ability to offer a child warmth and security. We offer excellent pay + allowances (up to £45,000 per year per child), full training and ongoing local support. Whether you’re interested in providing short-term care, long-term or emergency, we’ll help you find the right fit.
We are not-for-profit, meaning everything goes back into looking after our children and carers. You’ll be joining a close-knit network of professionals and fellow carers who are with you every step of the way.
