Following a highly successful launch in 2025, the Youth Entrepreneurs Academy Haywards Heath (YEAHH) is set to return in 2026, offering young people an exciting opportunity to develop real-world business skills and entrepreneurial confidence.<\/p>

YEAHH is a first-of-its-kind initiative in Haywards Heath, designed to empower the next generation of business leaders. The programme delivers a series of engaging business masterclasses led by professionals from the Haywards Heath Business Association, giving students direct access to local expertise and mentorship.<\/p>

Across the programme, participants will explore essential business topics including marketing, financial management, networking and problem-solving, equipping them with the practical tools and confidence needed to turn ideas into reality.<\/p>

Students will have the opportunity to put their learning into practice at the YEAHH Business Fair, which will be held at The Orchards Shopping Centre on Saturday 30th<\/sup> May 2026. This inspiring event allows participants to conduct live market research and sell their products directly to the public, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a real retail environment.<\/p>

The programme concludes with a feedback session and the presentation of certificates, celebrating the students\u2019 achievements and progress.<\/p>

The 2026 programme will begin on Wednesday 11 February and will consist of nine business masterclasses held every two weeks. Sessions will take place at Haywards Heath Town Hall on Wednesday evenings from 6.00pm to 8.30pm, and dinner will be provided for all participants.<\/p>

This programme is free to join and is open to students in school years 10 to 12. Participants may sign up as individuals or as part of a team of up to four students.<\/p>

Local businesses are also encouraged to get involved by supporting the programme and helping to inspire young entrepreneurs.<\/p>

A parent from one of last year\u2019s students provided the following feedback: \u201cI just wanted to thank you all for the wonderful opportunity you gave [student] to explore the world of business and enterprise through YEAHH! She has got so much out of it and the time you all put into the experience is so much appreciated.\u201d<\/p>
