A biodiverse tapestry of woodlands, swaying grasses, and tranquil water gardens forms the ideal setting for this unique night out in nature.\u00a0<\/p><p>Wanderwild guests can choose from<strong> three evening journey times<\/strong>, and will be guided on a journey through the landscape to experience each performance, culminating in a grand finale in the heart of the gardens. Performed by artists from <strong>Beyond Repair Entertainment<\/strong>, each act draws <strong>inspiration from the natural elements of earth, water, air and fire<\/strong>, promising to leave audiences enchanted and inspired by nature. \u00a0<\/p><p>Wanderwild performers include <strong>contemporary dancer Rebecca Bassett-Graham<\/strong>, twice-nominated for Critics&#8217; Circle National Dance Awards, who will be taking to the still waters of Mansion Pond, accompanied by Royal College of Music alumni <strong>violinist Adam Braker<\/strong> and <strong>cellist Joe Giddey<\/strong>, whose credits include the BBC Concert Orchestra and Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra. In the trees around Black Pond, <strong>aerialist pair<\/strong> <strong>Duo Fusion UK<\/strong> will bring their remarkable repertoire of gravity defying aerial movements, accompanied by <strong>Australian jazz guitarist Damien Cooper<\/strong>, who has performed on London\u2019s West End, as well as with artists including Beverly Knight and Simply Red. Taking inspiration from the theme of \u2018air\u2019, highly-skilled hand balancer and performer in the award-winning La Clique show, <strong>Aaron Marshall<\/strong>\u00a0will use canes to balance high above the gently waving grasses. His mesmerising performance will be accompanied by the rhythmic drumming of <strong>Adam Kovacs<\/strong>, a percussionist who has toured with Ladysmith Black Mambazo and Rick Astley and has performed as part of Disney\u2019s <em>The Lion King<\/em> in London. \u00a0<\/p><p>Throughout the event, visitors can relax at the buzzing central hub, where a Jazz Trio will entertain, formed of <strong>Terry Pack<\/strong>, bassist and member of progressive rock band <em>The Enid<\/em> and <em>The Full Circle Quartet<\/em>;<strong> guitarist Paul Richards<\/strong>, regular performer at Love Supreme and Rye International Jazz Festivals, and expressive Neapolitan-English singer <strong>Gabriella Romano<\/strong>. Street food vendors will be serving up <strong>delicious dishes celebrating the cuisines of Mexico, Greece, Egypt and Spain<\/strong>, with cocktails and locally brewed beer providing the perfect accompaniment. As the sun sets, <strong>three new performers will join a dance finale<\/strong>, with<strong> fire dancing and UV-lit costumes<\/strong> illuminating the evening.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Programmes Manager Eva Owen said: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><em>\u201cWe\u2019re so excited to bring back Wanderwild for a second unforgettable summer. We\u2019ve worked closely with our performers to craft an immersive experience that blends music and dance with the captivating beauty of Wakehurst\u2019s landscape.
