Come and swim for FREE with your friends on a Saturday in East Grinstead with Puddle Ducks!

We are running three special FREE trial lessons at Energie Fitness in East Grinstead as follows:

 

Sat 27th Jan @ 12.30: SPLASHERS (6-18months)

The idea is that you can come to one of these special trial lessons with your friends with children of similar ages and sample our expert tuition with other ‘newbies’ to enjoy them and have fun together.

 

These lessons will be taught by our Senior Teacher Janina who teaches a host of popular classes for us across East Grinstead, Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells & Sevenoaks.

 

From 24th February onwards the 12.30 Saturday slot in our timetable will become a regular Splashers class – but we have odd spaces in the other ages during our Saturday morning session, so you can trial with friends and then choose to swim at an earlier time on a regular basis if you’d like to continue.

 

We also swim all these age groups at the same venue on Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoons.
