Squire\u2019s Garden Centres is to once again host its \u2018Create & Grow\u2019<\/strong> programme of much-loved of fun, holiday activities this summer from 25th<\/sup> July to 25th<\/sup> August across ten of its centres.<\/p>\n

Focusing on craft and planting activities, this summer holiday there will be an amazing selection of activities on offer over a 5 week period, with something for everyone to enjoy, including planting a delicious herb pot, painting a money box masterpiece, exploring a butterfly trail, painting a pair of pebble animals and having a go at painting a beautiful bird house.\u00a0\u00a0 To book activities, visitors should simply visit Squire\u2019s website to see the full range of \u2018Create & Grow\u2019 activities, choose a local centre and select the preferred date.\u00a0 Places are limited so booking early is advised https:\/\/www.squiresgardencentres.co.uk\/whats-on\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There will be a range of free and paid for activities each week, with lots of stickers for children to collect, themed word searches and crosswords which have been beautifully designed with child-friendly images that evoke garden nature for children.\u00a0 Activities will take about 20 minutes and paid-for activities must be booked in advance.<\/p>\n

The activities make for a great morning out at Squire\u2019s Garden Centres and can be co-ordinated with a visit to the popular Caf\u00e9 Bar and the opportunity to enjoy a light bite in cool, stylish surroundings – or perhaps a lunch from the \u2018Little Gardener\u2019s\u2019<\/em> menu, perfect for hungry children who have completed their \u2018Create & Grow\u2019 activity.<\/p>\n

Sarah Squire, Chairman of Squire\u2019s Garden Centres, comments: \u201cWe are delighted to welcome young visitors and once again offer a wonderful range of craft and planting activities over the summer break – and this time we have come up with a bumper crop so there will be something for everyone to enjoy!\u00a0 The activities will take just the right amount of time to occupy enquiring young minds and there are some lovely items to create and take home that will give children a real sense of achievement and hopefully inspire them to think about growing and nature in the garden.\u201d<\/p>\n
