Starting soon: Friday evening weekly online art therapy group for adults. Starting Friday 25th July 5:45pm-7:15pm and running on an ongoing basis.<\/p>\n
\u00a335 per session. Fees are charged monthly, payable 1 month in advance of the sessions. We are now in a position to offer a limited number of reduced rate places. The reduced rate is \u00a325 per session rather than \u00a335. These reduced rate spaces are for group members who would not be able to afford to attend at all if they had to pay the full session rate. Please contact me for more details.<\/p>\n
The group is suitable for adults who feel they would benefit from ongoing support. For example; those with long term health conditions, those with anxiety and depression, carers, parents. Online groups are particularly suitable for those who prefer virtual therapy or struggle to find time for themselves. Therapy groups can be particularly useful for those who feel isolated or lonely. When someone is experiencing anxiety or depression, it can be incredibly reassuring to learn others have also experienced this.
