Step into the spotlight this Summer.
\nInspired by the story behind Wicked and The Wizard of Oz, 11 \u2013 15 yr olds will spend 3 days exploring the fantastical characters in this classic tale of good and evil, firing up their imaginations to act, dance, create props and costumes, and try out visual and sound effects to tell their own story of an extraordinary land and an unlikely friendship. Waitress, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, Dear Evan Hansen and Six have all been on our stage \u2013 and now it\u2019s your child\u2019s turn to spend three days on stage and backstage at our famous theatre creating their own bit of theatrical magic that family and friends can see on the last day!<\/p>\n
This fun filled course runs from 10am \u2013 4pm on Wednesday 5 \u2013 Friday 7 August, step through the stage door and on to the stage for a welcoming, inclusive and inspiring experience for children and young people of all abilities.<\/p>\n
Bring your pack lunch, water bottle, imagination and creativity \u2013 we\u2019ll supply the rest!<\/p>\n
