High Sports run a range of climbing courses and activities for all ages (4 yrs+) and abilities including introduction sessions, regular classes, socials, courses, events, competitions, parties, uniform and school groups, as well as 1:1 or 1:2 sessions and coaching. We are also a primary centre for the NICAS training scheme (National Indoor Climbing Award Schemes) and have our own youth climbing squad.
We are the largest rock-climbing gym in the southeast based in Withdean Sports Complex, Brighton, and offer bouldering as well as auto belay, clip and go, top-roping and lead style climbing with 50 roped routes over our 13m high climbing wall.
Over the school holidays we also run various kids and family friendly activities on top of our specialised courses and introduction sessions. Please see our website and social media for details as these are updated regularly!
