DogFest leaps into Windsor Great Park THIS WEEKEND!

DogFest leaps into Windsor Great Park THIS WEEKEND!

Following a fantastic weekend of DogFest North in Cheshire, the UK’S ultimate festival for dogs heads South to Windsor Great Park this weekend (25-26 June), presented once again by Channel 4’s Supervet, Professor Noel Fitzpatrick.

If you’ve got your tickets, it’s time for tails to start wagging in excitement… and if you haven’t, what are you waiting for! Treat your pooch to THE dog event of the summer.

See Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick on the Superstage

Don’t miss the opportunity to see the Supervet himself! Noel will take to the Superstage for the Eukanuba Supervet Live Tour at 11.45am or 3.45pm each day. This brilliant live show was hugely popular in Cheshire and Noel will give a unique insight into a day in the life of the Supervet and share some heart-warming success stories.

Raise Money for The Humanimal Trust and Battersea Dogs and Cats Home on the Vets4Pets Great Dog Walk

Twice a day, Noel will also start The Vets4Pets Great Dog Walk – the perfect opportunity for your dog to have a sniff around the beautiful grounds of Windsor Great Park. This year, we have teamed up with The Humanimal Trust, the UK’s first charity set up to advance the conversation about uniting and moving animal and human healthcare forward. We’re also supporting Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, so get your friends and family to sponsor your walk and raise some money for the less fortunate dogs across the country. Go on, do your bit and get involved!

Trip Hazard Are Back!

Catch Britain’s Got Talent Finalist, Lucy Heath and her furry friends Indie and Trip, better known as Trip Hazard, who will be instructing owners on dog training and inviting some into the ring to have-a-go themselves! They will also be performing the routines which captured the hearts of the nation on the Superstage – not to be missed!

Get Stuck In & Have-A-Go!

Your dog will be spoilt for choice with all of the ‘Have-A-Go’ activities on offer. From Dog Diving to Flyball and new activities including the Hay Bale Race and Temptation Alley – will your dog be able to resist the treats and toys on offer?!

The Natural Instinct Agility Ring will be equipped with jumps, tunnels, hurdles and fun frames for your dog to tackle too!

Over in the Hill’s School 4 Dogs, the fun will continue, where even the most disobedient of dogs can become top pupil! From the basics in puppy training to breaking naughty habits of golden oldies, everyone is welcome.

If spectating is more your thing, head over to the Drontal Advantage Main Activity Ring where you can catch the experts in action! The Wicked Flyball Club will be running  demonstrations (11.25am each day) plus see the Conquest-K9 Dog Display Team featuring highly skilled agility, based around police and security work – fire, six foot scale and criminal work! (12.15pm & 3.15pm each day).

You can also pay Vets4Pets a visit to get a FREE microchip scan, to see if your dog’s details are up to date and Royal Canin’s Weight Management team will be on hand to check if your dog is at the correct weight.

It’s basically all about your furry friend this weekend, so make sure you get stuck into everything on offer – where else can you spoil them rotten, have more fun than you can shake a stick at AND get clued up on responsible dog ownership?! DogFest is THE Summer Festival for dogs and we’re counting down the days this week until canines from across the south descend on Windsor Great Park

Please note, some tickets will also be available on the door
