Grubs are enjoying a very busy 2026 with several highly successful new product launches as well as collaboration and involvement in various worthy local causes.
The Company is extremely proud to have won the SME of the year AWARD for 2026 presented by the Partnership Manager at GMPLN which supports businesses and young people of Greater Manchester.
Grubs have donated and supported numerous worthy causes and 2026 is no exception. The company also donated footwear to help raise money for Bolton Hospice which will be sold in a unique buying space – and all the proceeds go to the hospice.
The company have also been very much involved with the local Bolton Mountain Rescue Team handing over footwear for all the members in 2024 and then again in 2026. The team has over 50 volunteers on call 24 hours a day 365 days of the year- again a very worthy cause.
On top of product launches, awards, contributions and even a museum exhibition (dedicated to Foster Footwear which can be traced back to 1776 making shoes for the local community) – they managed to fit a family wedding in.
Beth Foster is the youngest of 3 sisters – two of whom are an essential part of this very successful and rapidly growing family business. – Beth (Manager, Direct to Consumer Sales) got married in July, the image shows the couple wearing Grubs footwear in the wedding pictures, with Beth sporting a fetching pair of ‘Pink’ Grubs boots – in keeping with family tradition.
New product launches for autumn / winter 26/27 are already receiving incredibly positive feedback with forward orders looking very healthy.
Grubs & Muddies are household names sold in over 25 countries as far apart as Canada and NZ and remain a family business – quite a rarity in a world where businesses are bought, sold and acquired losing identity and credibility along the way.
