Following the launch of Ridgeview’s limited edition Sparkling Red, ready for the festive season, enjoy a tasting of the new sparkling red, alongside the restaurants’ new festive menu which launched on December 1st, all while relaxing in the cosy wintery setting. Serving tapas-style small plates inspired by the festive season, from turkey croquettes to griddled aubergine with a cranberry chilli jam, each pairs beautifully with a glass of English sparkling wine.
Ridgeview’s unique Sparkling Red Reserve NV oozes a festive mature style, and pairs well with festive and wintery dishes. The finest Pinot Noir grapes were reserved from the hot lockdown summer of 2020, which was a fantastic harvest to date. With only a limited number of just over 2000 bottles produced, this sparkling red will only be produced in the ripest of years.
The menu at Rows & Vine curated by Head Chef, Mike Ponisch features delicious, comforting, small and larger plates using seasonal produce such as burrata with blood orange, sharing boards with truffle salami, and spiced custard tart and mince pie ice cream. Curated to perfectly match Ridgeview’s range of sparkling wines available by the glass and seasonal cocktails.
The Rows & Vine heated pavilions and central bar area offer a flexible space that is perfect for private parties, group bookings or private dining. Open Thursday to Monday from 12 – 8, with the last table booking at 5.45pm. A captivating place to meet, eat and relax with your friends and family this festive season.
