- Caffeinated beans from Asprotimana, Huila, Colombia
- Decaffeinated beans from Cajamarca, Peru, processed using the Carbonic Natural® method – a gentle, chemical-free approach that preserves the coffee’s natural character
- Separate roasting of each component to maximise depth and harmony before blending
The result is a smooth, sweet and versatile cup, with tasting notes of rich chocolate, smooth toffee and a bright hint of tangerine – ideal for cafetière, filter or espresso.
