- Practice balance: can you move your eyes without moving your head, walk heel to toe without wobbling or stand on one leg with your eyes shut for one minute?
- Eat healthily – you have a choice! Is it cake every time? Avoid additives, artificial flavouring and colouring, reduce sugar and salt and take multi-vitamins if you can.
- Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It’s hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that “Life is Good!”
