Chandlings will be holding some new Stay and Play Toddler sessions throughout March all with an Easter themed activity. The sessions, designed for Toddlers from 18 months to 4 years and their parents, will be held from 9.30am to 10.30am on 10th, 17th and 24th March. Toddlers and their parents will be able to take part in an activity followed by a special Easter egg hunt in our woodland area in the grounds of the school – so coats and boots that don’t mind getting muddy are a must!

We hope the children will have fun and that parents can use this opportunity to take a peep at our Nursery and Reception classes if they wish and see what a special place Chandlings is for themselves. Only 20 minutes from the centre of Oxford the school is set in 63 acres of countryside giving the children lots of space and freedom to play and learn, in a safe but exciting environment.

Why not come along and have some fun with your toddler and see what Chandlings can offer you?

The activities are as follows:

10 March
Soft Play Treasure Trail – find the bunny rabbits and chicks who will be hiding amongst the apparatus! Held in our fully equipped gymnasium.

17 March
Chandlings Bake Off for Toddlers – cook Easter themed biscuits to sample and take home.

24 March
Easter Art and Crafts – lots of opportunities to paint, stick and get thoroughly messy!

If you would like to come why not give Anna a call on 01865 730771 or email [email protected]. We look forward to having some Easter fun with you!

Founded on Christian values, we enable every girl to discover and develop her own strengths. St Helen & St Katharine is a school where success is celebrated but not revered and our goal is to ensure that every girl achieves success as she defines it, so that she can believe in herself, her talents and her abilities.

We are one of the leading girls’ schools in the country and are justifiably proud of a tradition of high aspiration and academic achievement (our students achieved record breaking GCSE results with 77% A* this year). But we take just as much pleasure in the warmth of the atmosphere here and in our dynamic range of extra-curricular activities. From Minecraft to Mandarin, Silversmithing to Sailing, Board Games to Big Band and much more besides, our girls are given the space and opportunity to make their own choices and find their niche.

A welcoming 22 acre campus in Abingdon provides exceptional facilities that include a brand new state-of-the-art Sports Centre; Performing Arts Centre; extended Sixth Form Centre; Science Centre with 12 new laboratories, break out spaces and a 200sqm science themed glass atrium and a 3D Design Centre.

This is a friendly and happy place in which lasting relationships are built on kindness and respect. Our ambitions for our students are based upon them developing confidence and resilience and an open-minded and creative approach to learning and to life.
