Help the Y reach their target to raise £100,000 in 2018 to offer an additional 1,040 days of short break care for children with complex needs and disabilities, benefiting over 300 local families.

From sleeping (yes, sleeping) to cycling there is a challenge activity to suit you! For more information and calendar of events, click here or call 01737 779979.

Beginners cycle session: 09.30 | Sunday 21 January | Free
YMCA Sports and Community Centre, Princes Road, Redhill, RH1 6JJ

If you haven’t ridden a bike recently, perhaps even since you were a child, the YMCA can help you to get back in the saddle and gain confidence with a beginner cycle session.

Their team of experts will be able to answer your questions and support you throughout your first cycle ride of 2018. It will be chilly, so layer up, bring a waterproof, gloves and a cycle helmet.

The event is free and open to anyone regardless of your cycling ability and experience.

Rides of 30 miles plus will also leave the YMCA at 09:00 prompt for more experienced cyclists. For more information and to book your place click here or contact Kim Roderick.
